These web pages contain sample lists of species that you might expect to see on our beaches in the different seasons of the year: Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter.
They include birds you might see along the Boardwalk leading to the beach and flying overhead, walking along North Beach, in the (now tidal) Lagoon behind the fore dunes, and along the Kiawah River and its Inlet including both Seabrook and Kiawah sides.
The species most likely to be seen are also linked to their descriptions in the Birds of Seabrook Island.
